Ingredients

  • coconut water

    ½ cup coconut water

  • magnesium powder

    0.1 tsp

  • tart cherry juice

    0.1 c

  • grass-fed gelatin

    ⅓ cup grass-fed gelatin

Instructions

  1. 1

In a medium glass or ceramic bowl, combine the coconut water and magnesium powder. Stir until fully dissolved. Add the cherry juice, and mix well.

  2. 2

Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the liquid. Let it bloom for 2–3 minutes, until the mixture thickens.

  3. 3

Transfer the mixture to a small nonstick saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 2–3 minutes, until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Do not boil.

  4. 4

Remove from heat, and let the mixture cool for 5 minutes. (The foam on top will dissipate on its own.)

  5. 5

Pour the liquid into a silicone mold (11.7 x 7.6 x 0.6 inches) or a small glass container. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight, until firm.

  6. 6

Remove the gummies from the molds, or slice into bite-sized pieces if using a container.

  7. 7

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

  8. 8

To use: Take 1–2 gummies 30 minutes before bed for relaxation and improved sleep.

  9. 9

    Enjoy!
