    8 turkey bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

    Make the dressing: In a small glass or stainless steel bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined and emulsified. Set aside.

    Make the salad: Clean and dry 4 (27-ounce) glass mason jars with lids. Divide the ingredients evenly among the jars, layering in the following order: dressing (about 3½ tablespoons per jar), tomatoes, cucumber, onion, chicken, bacon, eggs, blue cheese, and lettuce. Press the lettuce gently to fit the jars without compacting it.

    Secure lids tightly on the jars, and refrigerate for up to 4 days.

    When ready to eat, shake the jar well to distribute the dressing, or pour into a large bowl and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
